1. How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching and therapy both aim to support personal growth, but they differ in focus and approach. Therapy often delves into past experiences to heal emotional wounds through various therapeutic approaches, depending on the therapist's expertise. Coaching is forward-looking, reflection- and action-oriented, concentrating on creating desired outcomes. In our sessions, we'll focus on activating your power centers so you can move forward, leveraging your strengths to build joyful and energizing relationships.

2. Do I need to talk about my past and childhood to make progress?

Not necessarily. Coaching is about creating the future you desire, not dwelling on the past. While we acknowledge your experiences as part of your journey, our focus is on moving forward with clarity and intention. Once we’ve identified what needs to be seen, we shift toward lasting change that empowers you to design the life and relationships you want. If past issues arise and are relevant to your progress, we’ll address them in a way that keeps you moving forward. In some cases, I may recommend speaking with a therapist to ensure you have the best support on your journey.

3. What if I’m not sure what I want in life or in my relationships—can coaching still help me?

Absolutely. Many clients begin coaching feeling stuck or unfulfilled without a clear vision for their future. They just know something is off and want to look into it. Together, you and I will uncover what truly matters to you. Your relationships are usually a good lens for deeper self-discovery. Through this process, you’ll gain clarity on what's working and what's not, and we'll explore your desires and values, allowing you to create a new life story filled with vitality and joy.

4. How will I know if this coaching approach is right for me?

If you're a conscious, growth-oriented woman who wants to take 100% responsibility for your life to regain control over your life—without getting lost in the stories of your past—this coaching is a great fit. The best way to know for sure? Let’s have a conversation. I offer a no-strings-attached consultation where we’ll explore your goals and see if we’re the right match for your transformational journey. Think of it as a two-way interview—because the right fit matters for both of us!

5. What kind of results can I realistically expect, and how soon?

Many clients notice increased clarity from the very first session. Within a few sessions, they’ve identified their deepest desires and uncovered the hidden inner blocks holding them back. By the halfway point, most have a clear sense of the changes they want to make and begin seeing their relationships—and life itself—with fresh perspective. In the final phase of a typical 3-month coaching program, we focus on building a solid path forward, setting up the support structures needed to turn insights into transformational lasting change. Results vary based on individual circumstances and commitment, but if you’re ready to do the work, you’ll start seeing meaningful shifts sooner than you might expect!

6. What does the coaching process look like? How often do we meet?

The coaching process is structured yet flexible to fit your needs. For individual sessions we typically meet once a week for 45- to 60-minute sessions. Between sessions, you'll have actionable steps to implement, with frequent check-ins via text or email to provide ongoing support. Certain sessions may run longer to accommodate deeper processes, and we’ll plan for those in advance. In some cases, meeting bi-weekly may be more effective—if so, we’ll adjust the schedule while maintaining the same total number of sessions. All details are agreed upon at the start of our work together, reinforcing our shared commitment to your transformation.

7. What kind of time commitment does this require outside of sessions?

Transformation happens in the moments between our sessions—when you apply what we discuss to your daily life. While the time commitment varies, integrating these practices consistently is essential for lasting change. This doesn’t mean adding hours of work to your day. It could be as simple as taking five minutes in the morning for a guided practice, jotting down a quick reflection, or listening to an audio exercise. Much of the implementation is about shifting how you engage with what you're already doing—bringing awareness to your interactions, layering in reflection, or consciously restructuring your time to align with the priorities that matter most. The more intentional you are about applying what we explore, the more profound and lasting your transformation will be.

8. What do you mean by 'women-centered coaching' and why does it matter?

Women-centered coaching is an approach tailored specifically to women's developmental needs and opportunities. Developed by Dr. Claire Zammit, this methodology focuses on empowering women to fully become themselves, unleash their gifts, discover their purpose, and create deep, thriving relationships. By addressing the unique challenges women face, this coaching approach facilitates profound and lasting transformation.

9. What if I’ve already tried self-help books, therapy, or other programs—how is this different?

different? Unlike generic self-help resources, this coaching method offers personalized guidance and support. I utilize proprietary methods and transformational technologies based on Dr. Claire Zammit’s research and work with over 60,000 women across the globe, ensuring an approach that is both effective and tailored to your unique needs. To put it simply, we cannot become ourselves by ourselves. Even the dentist needs to go to the dentist! The greatest transformation happens when we allow ourselves to be fully seen in a place of absolute confidence and safety so we can explore our options for growth.

10. What tools or techniques do you use to create transformation?

I use a range of proven techniques designed to help you break through barriers and create lasting change. These include Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping), breathwork, and guided meditations. Each of these methods accelerates transformation by shifting limiting beliefs, regulating emotions, and strengthening your ability to show up fully in your life and relationships. The approach I take is highly personalized. I intuitively select the techniques that best support you, based on where you are in your journey. If you have a strong spiritual connection, we may integrate practices that align with that to amplify your inner resilience and clarity. The goal is always to meet you where you are and use the most effective tools to help you move forward. As we work together, I will listen deeply to what matters most to you and tailor our sessions accordingly. Your transformation is unique to you, and so is the way we get there.
