About me

I’ve had a heck of a life!

My approach is grounded equally in my ongoing education and in my own experiences. Through women-centered protocols and coaching structures, I guide women to a radically new awareness, finding clarity and empowerment to take action. My work doesn't stop in finding new awareness or insights; I support women in consciously proceeding with a practical plan to implement new ways of making decisions in their life. My approach delivers extraordinary results in short periods of time.

I have transferred over 25 years of experience in teaching and facilitating knowledge to this new-to-me approach to sharing knowledge through coaching. I absolutely enjoy guiding women on how to tap into their amazing potential and reconnect with the abundance of joy, playfulness, and love in their lives.

If, after the first session (of the 5 sessions in Reclaim) or your fourth session (of the 12 sessions package), you feel that coaching is not delivering value in any aspect of your life, you may request a refund.
Refund requests require documentation that you completed key action steps agreed upon after each session, showed up for sessions on time, and participated fully in the coaching process.
No refund will be issued after the first session of the 5 sessions in Reclaim or after your fourth session of the 12-session package, or if a session is missed, cancelled, or there is no evidence of you taking action as agreed during the session(s).
