Frequently asked questions

How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching and therapy both aim to support personal growth, but they differ in focus and approach. Therapy often delves into past experiences to heal emotional wounds through various therapeutic approaches, depending on the therapist's expertise. Coaching is forward-looking, reflection- and action-oriented, concentrating on creating desired outcomes. In our sessions, we'll focus on activating your power centers so you can move forward, leveraging your strengths to build joyful and energizing relationships.

How will I know if this coaching approach is right for me?

If you're a conscious, growth-oriented woman who wants to take 100% responsibility for your life to regain control over your life—without getting lost in the stories of your past—this coaching is a great fit. The best way to know for sure? Let’s have a conversation. I offer a no-strings-attached consultation where we’ll explore your goals and see if we’re the right match for your transformational journey. Think of it as a two-way interview—because the right fit matters for both of us!

Do I need to talk about my past and childhood to make progress?

Not necessarily. Coaching is about creating the future you desire, not dwelling on the past. While we acknowledge your experiences as part of your journey, our focus is on moving forward with clarity and intention. Once we’ve identified what needs to be seen, we shift toward lasting change that empowers you to design the life and relationships you want. If past issues arise and are relevant to your progress, we’ll address them in a way that keeps you moving forward. In some cases, I may recommend speaking with a therapist to ensure you have the best support on your journey.

What kind of results can I realistically expect, and how soon?

Many clients notice increased clarity from the very first session. Within a few sessions, they’ve identified their deepest desires and uncovered the hidden inner blocks holding them back. By the halfway point, most have a clear sense of the changes they want to make and begin seeing their relationships—and life itself—with fresh perspective.
In the final phase of a typical 3-month coaching program, we focus on building a solid path forward, setting up the support structures needed to turn insights into transformational lasting change. Results vary based on individual circumstances and commitment, but if you’re ready to do the work, you’ll start seeing meaningful shifts sooner than you might expect!

What if I’m not sure what I want in life or in my relationships—can coaching still help me?

Absolutely. Many clients begin coaching feeling stuck or unfulfilled without a clear vision for their future. They just know something is off and want to look into it. Together, you and I will uncover what truly matters to you. Your relationships are usually a good lens for deeper self-discovery. Through this process, you’ll gain clarity on what's working and what's not, and we'll explore your desires and values, allowing you to create a new life story filled with vitality and joy.

What does the coaching process look like? How often do we meet?

The coaching process is structured yet flexible to fit your needs. For individual sessions we typically meet once a week for 45- to 60-minute sessions. Between sessions, you'll have actionable steps to implement, with frequent check-ins via text or email to provide ongoing support.
Certain sessions may run longer to accommodate deeper processes, and we’ll plan for those in advance. In some cases, meeting bi-weekly may be more effective—if so, we’ll adjust the schedule while maintaining the same total number of sessions. All details are agreed upon at the start of our work together, reinforcing our shared commitment to your transformation.
