• Refund requests require documentation that you completed key action steps agreed upon after each session, showed up for sessions on time, and participated fully in the coaching process.

• No refund will be issued after the first session of the 5 sessions in Reclaim or after your fourth session of the 12-session package, or if a session is missed, cancelled, or there is no evidence of you taking action as agreed during the session(s).
