Welcome! We would love to come join our calls. When you register, you will receive a payment link where you can pay for each integration call you choose to attend.

Over the past couple of years, I noticed that the insights women gain during our coaching calls are long lasting and sometimes they feel shy about reaching out since it's been quite some time since our coaching contract ended yet they do not need to be coached again.

They just need to talk about what is happening in their lives, from the lens of personal transformation, while feeling safe from judgement in any form (criticizing, minimizing, chastising, catastrophizing, etc.).

Who can join?

Any woman who is interested in participating in transformational coaching conversations. Register to receive invitations to scheduled calls, bring an issue forward or come listen to insightful and profound conversations.

Is there a fee?

Existing clients (past or present) can attend at no cost. New clients get a payment link when registering for each call.

What happens during calls?

We’ll address your current questions and expand coaching tools for everyone attending. If there are no specific issues, I will present a topic for reflection and discuss its application in different scenarios.

How often are calls?

Calls happen regularly to support ongoing growth. There is no fixed schedule at the moment. As dates and times are firmed up, an email will be sent out with the information and those who wish to register can do so.

Can new clients join?

Yes! After registering to receive the invitation emails to scheduled calls, new clients will see a payment link to complete registration for the selected date.

How do integration calls help me?

Change can be scary and sometimes feel isolating from our loved ones. This is a space where you will share your experience with others going through similar changes, even if under different circumstances. These calls keep your insights alive, ground your awareness into practice, helping you apply coaching tools to everyday challenges.
