The journey to inner transformation can feel very lonely at times...
Over the past couple of years, I noticed that the insights women gain during our coaching calls are long lasting and they continue to percolate over time, as life presents new opportunities to practice new ways of being where old patterns used to take over.
Many times, women feel shy about reaching out to chat about these emerging issues once our coaching contract ended. They may not need to be coached again. In many cases, they just need to talk about what is happening in their lives.
And then, there are those wonderful women who are doing their own work, maybe following other self-development programs or quietly rethinking their choices in life, and are seeking a space for having this kind of in-depth conversations. If this is you, you are welcome here too.
I'm excited to start offering Integration Calls, a space where your growth is met with curiosity, empathy and tools to face life's challenges. Because outside this space, the responses from those closest to us can sound like:
It's not a big deal... (minimizing your experience)
I don't understand you... (usually people feeling defensive or scared of your growth)
You've changed... (as if it was a thing we need to apologize for!)

People in our lives may feel unsettled with the new ways of being you are putting into practice, such as setting boundaries, exercising saying no when you would have normally said yes, daring to say out loud what you really want, etc. ... and that's normal! Your growth asks something of them too. So, in a way, it is disrupting what they may have been comfortable with and now they need to adapt to this new you. This is the real meat of transformation. It is about how you handle these challenges, not how you understand concepts in our coaching calls.

What happens during calls?
I coach whoever brings a question or situation, live. No cross-talk, no unsolicited opinions from the group, just space to find your own answer. If nobody has something specific or feels ready to be coached live, I'll offer a topic for reflection and we explore how it shows up in real life.
